What is included in the standard subscription?

Our standard subscription includes a full page advert on Spain Villa Rental including up to 17 photos, property description, location information, rental rates and availability chart. We also offer personalised options to enhance your advert on Spain Villa Rental.

How much does it cost to advertise?

Our standard subscription costs is shown on our Advertising page and our Property Registration Forms. The charge provides a one year listing and there is no commission to pay on your bookings. You can also advertise for two years at a special discounted price. From time to time we advertise special introductory offers and loyalty discounts.

How do you pay for your advert?

The easiest way to pay for your advert is online using our secure payment system. However, if you prefer you can send us a cheque payable to Spain Villa Rental or arrange a bank transfer.

How will you receive booking enquiries?

All your booking enquiries are sent by email to your personal email address, or by telephone if you choose to show your telephone number in your advertisement.

Creating and managing your advert.

Once you have registered your details, we will create your advertisement for you at no extra charge. So you need have no special computer skills to create your advert. Once it is published you can simply login to your account and update your rental rates and availability.

How do you advertise a property with multiple rental units?

If you have a property with more than one rental unit in the same location, you can add these rental units to your main advert at a reduced rate of just £47.50 per unit, up to a maximum of 5 units per property. Each unit will be advertised with its own page with a full description of its facilities, rental rates and availability.

How do you add photos to your advert?

To add photos to your advert, just email them to us. We digitally process every photograph of your property very carefully by hand to obtain the best colour, brightness, sharpness and page loading speed. You should make sure your images are a minimum of 400 pixels wide x 300 pixels high - the more pixels, the better quality. We ask for a minimum of 5 photos of your property, but you can have up to 17 photos included in our Standard charge. You can change photos at any time during your subscription without charge, although we may ask for an administration fee if you ask for frequent changes!

How can you add a link to your personal website?

We can add a link to your personal website from your advertisement on Spain Villa Rentals. There is no charge for this, we only ask for a link back to your Spain Villa Rental advertisement from your personal website.

How do you update your live advert?

You can update your advertisement at any time. To update your prices, payment terms, special offers and availability, simply login to your account and make your changes. Select the item you want to update, make your changes and then click on the save button. Your changes will show instantly. To change your description, facilities, contact information or photos, just email them us and we will change them for you. This enables us to maintain the carefully designed search-engine optimisation of your page.

How do you keep your availability up to date?

Just login via the Owner Login button on the left-hand menu, and select on the "update calendar". Click on the dates you wish to show booked and click the save button. Note that at the beginning of each month, the previous month is automatically removed and a new month added to the end, which will be shown as "available" until you update it. Your advertisement will move to the top of our listings by updating your availability.

What is a Featured Listing?

Featured listings are a good way of increasing the exposure of your advertisement, at a very low cost. With a featured listing your property is added to our special listing of limited numbers of properties. Fewer numbers of properties in this listing mean higher exposure and more enquiries. From time to time we may close any further entries into Featured Properties to strictly limit the numbers.

What is a Premium Property Listing?

Premium Property listings maximise the exposure of your advertisement by adding your property to our main homepage plus the regional homepage for a full 12 months! We strictly limit the numbers of Premium Property advertisements and so from time to time we may close any further new entries.

Forgotten your password?

If you have forgotten your password, just enter your property ID and email address into the "forgotten password" page and we will send it to you by email. Alternatively, simply email us and we will send it to you.

Avoiding booking enquiry scams and fraud attempts

The vast majority of enquiries you will get through our website are genuine enquiries about renting your holiday home. We use security systems to prevent you receiving spam through our website, but it is impossible to prevent people from manually completing our enquiry forms with intent to defraud unsuspecting advertisers. We monitor all enquiries and may issue warnings about obvious fraudulent emails, but we cannot guarantee that we pick up every attempt. You should therefore take care of your personal and financial information when dealing answering enquiries until you are certain the enquiry is genuine. If the enquiry looks suspicious, then it probably is.
